So, you’re trying to conceive. You’ve been trying for a few months and you’re looking for a little support from other women in the same situation and have a question that you could use some advice on. So you decide to join some Facebook groups and forums for support and advice but every post reads something like this;
“DH and I have been TTC for a second child for 3 years. We already have one DD who is 6. I have been tracking my fertile window with OPKs, CM and BBT. I have a 32 day cycle and I normally ovulate on CD 20. I’m 7dpo and have symptoms including nausea, sore breasts and a metallic taste in my mouth. I have done an EPT but it was a BFN. Should I retest in a few days or should I just wait for AF to show? I hate the tww!”
And you’re just sat there like, ‘what?! What does all this mean?? What secret language is this?!’
Well, I’ve come to help you as I was in exactly the same situation.
